How to choose a great vape shop #1: Service first, last and always.

While online retailers (like Torden) are great places to stock up on e-liquids, there is something to be said for a local brick & mortar vape shop. Whether you’re new to vaping, or have been vaping for as long as it’s been around, you shouldn’t underestimate the value of the knowledge, product range and service you can get from a vape shop in your town.

To enjoy the best experience, we’re shining a light on what to look for in your local vape shop. The first thing: Customer Service.

At the end of the day, a vape shop is just like any other retail shop. You should receive the same level of service you expect from any retailer who is looking to earn your business. Which means that every customer should be treated courteously, and given the attention they deserve. So, when you go into your local vape shop, ask yourself a few questions:

  • Are you greeted when entering?

  • Are the employees attentive and ready help?

  • Do they ask you if you need assistance with anything?

  • Are the employees keen to help everyone, whether they are new to vaping or experienced?

  • Do employees ask new vapers enough questions to recommend the right e-liquid and nicotine strength, and to set you up with the right type of gear?

  • Do they clearly spell out return policies and other store policies that will affect your purchase?
