The Torden No Compromise Return Policy

We know that when it comes to your e-liquids, you don’t compromise – you demand the purity, strength and character that Torden is known for, consistently. That’s why we have a No Compromise return policy. No dealing with customer service representatives. No haggling back and forth over refunds. Just quick, simple returns and refunds, should it ever, on the off chance, be needed.


There are two ways your full purchase price can be refunded. As credit, or as a refund directly back to the card used for your original purchase. Any shipping costs associated with a return cannot be refunded.


If you’re not satisfied with the quality and character of a Torden e-liquid purchased from our online store, send it back to us for a refund of the full purchase price. Opened or unopened bottles of Torden e-liquids can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. And know this: we do not restock e-liquids – all returned e-liquid is disposed in the most environmentally friendly way possible

If you purchased your Torden e-liquid from a vape shop or other retailer, please contact that outlet and follow their return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from purchases at outlets other than our online store.

Please include the following details with your return:

  • The original order number from your purchase at our online store.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Whether you want your refund in the form of credit, or credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
  • If you don’t inform us of your choice, you will automatically receive store credit.


When you mail your return, be sure to retain the tracking number for your package. This will allow us to help you track your return in the case of loss or delay. In the case of a lost return, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund.
